CNY 2024 SHIPMENT:

BATCH 1 (ORDER BEFORE 01/01/2024) WILL BE SHIPPED FROM 15/01/2024

BATCH 2 (ORDER AFTER 01/01/2024 UNTIL 22/01/2024) WILL BE SHIPPED FROM 24/01/2024

CNY 2024 PO CLOSED.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TERMS

  • We will process your order once full payment has been received by us.
  • All items are made to order 3-4 weeks unless stated otherwise.
  • Please contact us to confirm your schedule should you require it sooner, because we process all orders on a "per first paid first processed" basis.

SALES & RETURN/EXCHANGE

  • All sales are final and cannot be exchanged to other items/size and cannot be returned for refunds or store credit.
  • Record an unedited, uncropped, original unboxing video of the package should you have to file a complaint regarding your package. We will not accept any complaints without the unboxing video.
  • Any defective, damaged, or incorrect item(s) and/or size must be notified to us within 2 (two) days of receiving date, and be sent back as it is, in unused condition, packed securely and properly.
  • We will not accept requests of claim if the items are already worn or washed, or the visible defects are caused by customers' mishandling of the items.
  • We will take the final decision on whether to repair/alter, exchange, or refund the defective items.

COLOR/SHADE ACCURACY

  • The color of the actual products may be slightly different from the photos because of the difference of ambiance/lighting, monitor/phone screen, and from the slight variation of the fabric's batch. Expect a slight difference of color/shade between the photos shown and the actual product.

SHIPMENT & DELIVERY

  • It is your responsibility to inform your complete shipping address and contactable phone number to avoid any delay and/or undelivered package.
  • The package which is lost after it has been processed by the courier company (JNE) is beyond our responsibility. We will try to assist in tracking the package with the courier company. But please bear in mind, if the package is lost, you will need to reorder the items again.
