Return/Exchange
- Returns must be notified and sent back to us within 7 days of receiving date.
- We will not accept request for exchange if the items are already worn or washed, or the visible defects are caused by customers' mishandling of the items.
- We will take the final decision on whether to repair, exchange, or refund the defective items.
